To make this fun and fancy glitter art first you have to apply glue to a canvas with a paint brush. Apply glue in such a manner that it creates a gradient as you sprinkle glitter dust over it. You can choose any color of the glitter that you like. Then using a craft knife make slits for fairy lights to be popped out of the canvas.
