To make a beautiful star shaped 3D wall lamp first you have to cut a sheet of construction paper in the shape shown. After that make a pattern over it with a pen and cut along the lines of the pattern. Fold along the creases to form a cone like shape and apply double tape to the edges. Make five more cones in the same way and join their edges to each other with the help of double tape.
