To make this lamp first you have to cut the top of a round plastic can. Then pass a cord by making a hole near its base and fix a light bulb. Here if you want you can also use flameless tea lights in it. Then comes the part of gluing roses. To glue the roses you can use hot glue gun and start by gluing in rows lengthwise.
To make each of these roses you will require coffee filter that has to be cut and rolled in the form as shown in the photo. Enjoy crafting this lamp!
