If you want to decorate a fireplace mantel for the coming Christmas but don’t have one then think your problem solved. Here is a super fun idea to make a faux fireplace mantel. To make it you simply have to make a structure of a fireplace mantel with cardboard and tape. Then cover it with white paper. After that cut bricks of red paper and glue them to the fireplace and voila!

Here is another technique shown too where a sponge is used to paint the bricks on the fireplace mantel. Once the mantel is done you can hang stockings and other decorations. Happy crafting!
