To make these cool glittery snowball ornaments first you have to mix some water in tacky glue. Then tie one end of white string to the end of a water balloon. Start wrapping the string around the balloon. Then coat the string wrapped balloon in the glue-water mixture. Sprinkle glitter over it while holding it over the bowl. Hang the string wrapped balloons for about 24-48 hours until completely dry. When dried pop the balloon and remove it. Hang the ornaments on branches or a Christmas tree.
