To make these crepe paper hyacinths first you have to cut a strip of crepe paper almost 4 inches wide. Then make cuts in it and create a fringe. Using a wooden skewer curl the fringe. Then by using glue start rolling it around the wooden skewer. After that cut almost one inch wide strip of green crepe paper and cover the remaining part of the skewer. Make a double layer of green crepe paper, glue the layers and cut leaves. Attach the leaves too to the stem with glue. Make more and put all of them in a vase.
