To make this dispenser first you have to fix slats of wood over a rectangular sheet of wood. On the top of the slats you have to nail more slats in a way that every front slat will be perpendicular to the slat on which it is nailed. Then at the base of every column you have to fix a wedge piece and nail an L-shaped bracket over it. Your dispenser is ready to be used.
