What you could actually do is take a good material that can cover the base of the lamp – this could be anything that is soft but safe to use on a small table lamp or standing lamp.

Though, to be honest, DIY Christmas lamps can be so fun and quite simple because you don’t really need to do a lot of complicated things. Yu don’t really need to fool around with wires or cables or do anything dangerous, you can just make your own little unique pieces. They don’t need to anything fancy or outrageous; you can make them beautiful and so special.
