To make these stunning ornaments first of all you have to gather three pine cones. After that cut the eyes, beak and feathers of the owls in the way shown from felt in green, light blue, gray, white and brown hues. Hot glue all the felt parts of the owls to the pine cones. Make their feet by hot gluing pieces of brown pipe cleaner to the bottom of the cones.
