To make each of these cute snowmen first you have to cut one large disc of blue felt and one from white felt almost one third in size of the blue one. Cut a strip of blue felt to make a scarf and a rectangle too for the cap. Sew along the edges of the blue felt circle and fill some fiber filling in it. Pull the thread and a ball will be formed. Do this to the white disc too. Stack and sew the white ball over the blue. Then fold the rectangle piece almost half a centimeter from one side, roll and glue it. Tie it in the middle and cut a fringe of the unfolded edge. This will be the cap of snowman that you can sew or glue over its head. Detail the showman with a sharpie and glue the scarf and nose.
