To make each of these beauties first you have to cut 14 petals , 7 in one size and 7 in a slightly smaller size with colored paper. It’s up to you if you want to keep the color of the smaller and bigger petals same or in a contrast. Then pinch and hot glue the end of each petal in the way shown. Glue the smaller petals over the bigger ones and then glue them all into a flower. Glue a paper circle in the middle of the flower. Then stick a paper medallion and top with a half glitter styrofoam ball and voila! Make as many as you like and enjoy!
