To make this cute planter first you have to attach wooden discs to wood crates. After that spray them with paint. Use two crates placed at right angle to make the engine of the train. Make the smoke chimneys with tin cans painted in the same color as the train. Attach chains between the railroad cars. Once done fill the train with planters with your favorite flowers.
