So, we are here with an idea by camille styles to make blooming favor holders. To craft each of these cut almost 20 strips of translucent paper. Punch holes in one edge of all the strips. After that punch or cut 2 big circles of the paper. Arrange and glue the strips between the two circles in a starburst manner. Make sure to glue the edges without small punched holes.
