There might not be a house where bulbs aren’t lying useless or thrown away. But from today you won’t be throwing all those fused bulbs as here is an idea for you that will help you make penguins out of them. To start with you have paint the bulbs in black and white with acrylic paint in the way shown. After you have painted the penguins make their eyes and beak with blue and orange paints respectively. Then use hot glue gun to attach cords to their top. Your cute penguin ornaments are ready. Keep them with you as they are going to be used to decorate your Christmas tree.
