To make an organizer like this first you have to take straws in colors of your choice. Then mark each straw with a ruler so that to bend it along the marks to form a square. Once you have made squares by interlocking the ends of each straw cut a square piece of foam sheet. Fix a straw square over it and then fix the TP roll in the middle by using hot glue gun. Then start filling the roll with squares and use hot glue to connect every two squares. Keep on filling the squares until whole of the roll is covered. Your pencil organizer is ready to be decorated.
