To make this project first of all you have to tape a stencil of a snowflake to a dollar store glass vase. Then apply glue along the glass visible from the stencil. Sprinkle vase fillers and let them adhere to the vase. Before the glue dries remove the stencil. Once completely dry your vase is ready to be used.
