To make this heart first you have to cut a heart shape of card sheet. Then cut equal sized circles from red felt. Then taking two circles overlap them in the centre and fold in half. Keeping their centre pressed between your fingers fold from one side and then wrap the other end over it as shown in the photo. Secure the rose with hot glue and stick it onto the card sheet heart.
