To make this chandelier you will require a lot of paint swatches, a punch, thread, tape and a lamp shade metal base. Start by punching out circles of paint swatches. When the circles are ready make their rows by arranging them and sticking a thread on them with tape. Then invert the lamp shade and start attaching garlands of swatch discs on it until it is completely covered. Finish the look with ribbon or hang as it is.
