To make a planter with tin can and clothespins first you have to remove the springs of all the clothespins. After that take each half and start gluing them around the tin can one by one. Make sure not to leave any gaps. Also arrange the thinner sides upwards. Then embellish it with anything that you like and put in a plant. Another version of such a planter is to simply clamp clothespins to a tuna can. You can be a bit creative and can embellish the pins with washi tape or glitter. Hope you liked this idea.
