To make these crepe paper flowers first cut short strips of crepe paper in equal size. Then make ellipses with the strips by cutting them from both edges. After that twist all the oval petals in the middle to form 2 petals. Join together three such petal pairs to complete one flower and stitch or glue the centre to hold all the petals in place. Glue a pearl in the centre of each flower. Then use them as a decor for walls or embellish cards and gifts. Make as many as you like. Moreover, if you like you can add paper leaves too.
