You need some goodies such as some sticks, cereal box, small piece of ribbon, spray paint and some plastic spiders which should be easy to find in any stationary places.
After having everything closer to you, cut the cereal box to have a donut shape and lay out the sticks with the help of a glue gun, relatively close together. Also it is not necessary to have all the sticks in one length but different sizes and length give a better textured look.
